Hello and welcome to PRBL. This league is provided to have a fun realistic competetion amongst each others. Your mission as a gm is too build a dyansty, by trading, free agency and drafting.

- Send Line ups in, it is so important that I get line ups. If you don't send in a line up for 3 weeks in a row you may be subject to firing. Even if you dont want to make changes atleast email me no changes. It's important for me to know that you are active in the league.

- Trading, you dont have to trade, but if your team is playing horrible and you are doing nothing to try to improve

it, then we will run into a problem. If you hate losing as much as I do you will do everything in your power to make your team better. In others words trade.

-The commish is responsible for many things. I am too sim and post all the info on the site. Simming days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Line ups are to be sent in Tuesday and Thursday night 9 pm. On Sundays line ups must be sent in by 12pm. All times are EST.

-Gm Hiring and firing, I can fire gms for the following reasons name calling this is a fun league no reason to badger another gm just cause you dont agree on a topic. Inactivity, Not sending in line up or trading, and any other special occasion in which the gm does something not morally right.

-During any draft there will be a 2 minute time limit to pick your player. After two minutes your pick will be auto picked no excuses you get knocked offline sorry. This is why you should send in a list just to be safe.

-If you talk during the draft w/o it being your pick you will be autopicked, only comments I will allow is good pick. I am not here to baby sit, if you start arguing about being autopicked i will fire you on the spot that simple. I dont want to spend 10 hours drafting cause some of you guys don't know how to behave. I am sure no one else wants to either so just follow those simple directions.

-Free agency is run like this each team offers there best offers for the player the player chooses who he wants to sign with this doesnt mean highest offer wins. Player may like location or maybe he wants to win. There are 30 days for free agency after every 5 days a new free agency list will be sent out and we offer all over again.

- Signing free agents during season. During the season you will send in the name of the player you want to sign. It's first come first serve. But you may only sign one player per day. So be smart on who you sign.

-Resigning players, players will either ask for a specific amount or say offer, or say its too early in the season to talk about contracts. Either way after 3 offers the player gets mad and you wont be able to resign him if the offers are insulting. So try to make sure your offer is somewhat respectable. Also if you dont got the money he wants YOU CAN'T RESIGN HIM. Another reason why writing articles could help you out.

-Every player in spring traing has 20 points no more no less. There are 4 categories you can put the points under. The 4 categories for hitters are Contact hitting, Power hitting, strikezone judgement and defense. There is also learning a new role which cost you 5 points if you want to teach the player. For pitchers the 4 categories are Pure Stuff, Pitching Velocity, Pitching Control and stamina you can also teach a pitcher a new role for 5 point liek starting, middle relief, or closer. Here si an example.

Since Karros is going to be my dh I dont care if he loses his ability to play defense. So i put all my points into making him better in hitting. an example for a pitcher

since Mariano Rivera is a closer he doesnt have to relieve long so you concentrate on his strengthening his strength even more.

-A team may change location for 10 million dollars. If a team like montreal which has a poor team market would like to change locations then need to come up with 10 million dollars. If you dont want to move, but want to change stadiums that cost 5 mil.

-If there ever comes a time where we have expansion this is how it works. Each team protects 15 players. Then the expansion drafts 1 per team if there is 2 expansion teas then after 1 of you player gets picked you can protect another. Usually yes your 40 man roster would be protected, but we dont have 300 players in our system.
